California Modern Urban Tropical Oasis with Garden and Deck in the heart of LA

This space is great for photo shoots, as well as small gatherings (such as a group or club of 10 people or less that would like to meet in a beautiful outdoor area. It features lots of beautiful plants, a black wall surrounding the yard, a modern black back-house, a large deck with 4 lounger chairs, and a 6-chair outdoor dining area with umbrella. There are many cactus and other plants throughout, as well as a small raised garden bed and an apple tree. For photography/filming, you will also have access to the finished "back-house" which is decorated in beautiful modern decor and functions as a living space (couch, lamps, coffee table). It would be a great setting for a lifestyle shoot.
