The entertaining areas - which include a living room, dining room, kitchen and large sunroom - connect through large 6 ft wide archways, making the entire area feel very bright and open. Off the kitchen is a small deck, as well as a concrete patio area and fenced in backyard. Also on the main level are three bedrooms available for filming or for use as greenrooms, video village, HMU or DIT. These include a master, a guest room and a baby nursery. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is one additional bathroom in the hallway. On the upper level is a playroom and two home offices which could also be used for filming, video village, HMU or DIT.
