Christmas decorated house available for the holidays from November 10th till January 10th. Perfect for Holidays/Christmas photo shoot, video shoot, film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns. This incredible mansion located in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect mix between Old Hollywood and the South of France! Spectacular, elegant and vintage, the mansion has an amazing view, high ceiling, stairways, french furniture and incredible garden. The house will have Christmas decorations from Nov 15th till January 5th 2023. ADDITIONAL FEES: (add-ons) All bedrooms are additional. $200 to use the lower apartment (with parrot/jungle wallpaper, black and white striped bedroom), upon availability. $190 to use the Jungle Nana bedroom (with banana leaf wallpaper), upon availability. $160 to use the Sweet Flamingo bedroom (with flamingo wallpaper), upon availability. $150 to use the Dreamy Blue bedroom (with blue and white striped wallpaper), upon availability. There is a location manager fee ($25/h) for shoots of 7 people and over. There is an extra fee of $50/h for shoots after 8pm. >>>Film PERMIT required by the city for shoots of 10 people and over or any crew with an equipment truck>>PERMIT required for anyone planning on shooting outside or inside or in the front of the house>> It's your responsibility to obtain a city permit! Accessing the space requires going up a few sets of stairs. The fireplace can't be used. For your info the garden is not part of the listing There are a puppy and a kitten on the property :)
