I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! Sanitization: High-touch surfaces, such as tables, chairs, door handles, and AV equipment, will be sanitized before each event. Trash Removal: All trash receptacles will be emptied, and liners replaced. 2. During Event Cleaning: On-Site Assistance: Staff will be available to assist with immediate cleaning needs during the event, including spills and messes. Restocking Supplies: Adequate supplies of tissues, hand sanitizer, and cleaning wipes will be provided and replenished as needed. 3. Post-Event Cleaning: Full Cleaning: After each event, the conference room will undergo a thorough cleaning process, including vacuuming or mopping the floor, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning any used AV equipment. Trash Disposal: All trash generated during the event will be properly disposed of. Restocking Amenities: Supplies such as tissues, hand soap, and cleaning wipes will be replenished. 4. User Responsibilities: Tidy-Up Request: We kindly request that users tidy up the conference room by disposing of any trash and returning furniture to its original placement. Report Spills: Users are encouraged to promptly report any spills or accidents to venue staff for immediate cleaning. 5. COVID-19 Measures: Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: In adherence to public health guidelines, we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures, particularly in high-touch areas. Sanitization Stations: Hand sanitizer stations are available at the entrance of the conference room for users' convenience. 6. Additional Cleaning Services: Additional Services: Users may request additional cleaning services for a fee, such as mid-event cleaning or specialized deep cleaning. 7.
