Downstairs is interconnected and has a long lounge painted in a warm peach tone with deep rust ceiling designer furniture offers a variety of seated settings, this room has beautiful light in the morning. The rear extended kitchen that is 7m in length with high exposed feature timber ceiling. Kitchen is great for food and lifestyle shoots with green concrete worksurfaces and a long island. Kitchen has double crittall doors that open onto terracotta patio which has furniture in the Summer. Kitchen is light all through the day and has bulk of the sun after 1pm. There is also a downstairs WC here. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is painted in a bold blue-green and has the ensuite. Back bedroom is a bold yellow.
