Bright, Colorful Downtown Loft With East Facing Wall of Windows

Hi there! I'm Katy, I'm a painter and copywriter and have filled my space with original artwork, colorful antiques, and plants. It has a luxury feel with high ceilings, white walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing East. The space has direct sunlight throughout from about 7am-11am. From 11 am to about 6pm, the space has ambient indirect light that gives a rosy glow. It's perfect for content creation! I have 'open' hours listed, please reach out for other hours. I can be flexible. There is a kitchen with a large island and white marble countertops, an eclectic but elegant living room in rust orange, teal, and many accent colors, and there's my bedroom in lighter pastel jewel tones with a large gold-framed mirror. The bathroom is white and minimalistic, with no tub but a large shower. This space is perfect for personal brand photoshoots, creative photoshoots, podcast filming, kitchen filming, and product video/photography with bands of direct sunlight and/or unbranded vintage props (colored glass, vases, colorful tufted blankets, jewel-tone velvet pillows, etc.) I will need to let you into the building and take you up to the space, then I can let you do your thing for the duration of the rental. If you'd like to film/video in the large mid-century coworking area, on the 30th-floor sky deck, or at the resort-style pool, that's totally doable but I'll need to be present. I work remotely and can do my thing while on-site with you in those areas. This space is not appropriate for large groups or parties, it's a fob-entry-only luxury high-rise downtown. I personally work in branding and have styled photoshoots before. The right spot with excellent lighting can elevate everything!
