This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings – business/product launches, art shows, pop-up shops, off site trainings, filming/photo shoots, yoga, meditation & sound baths, brunches, showers, book launches, fashion shows, Sip & Paints, Self-tapings, Proposals, Rooftop Sunset Happy Hours and intimate celebrations. Bluetooth speakers in the space that allow streaming for various music apps (Sound Cloud, Apple, Spotify, Sonos, etc) NO EXCEPTIONS - Set up and break down/clean up time must be included in your booking. All food and beverages must be removed by end of booking. Outside catering vendors are allowed. “Prep kitchen only” for dining events – full cooking is not permissible (you can park a food truck out front in parking area if desired). Furniture can be moved around but not moved off of property, but must ask for permission first. Equipment/accessories, decor and all personal items brought in must be removed from restroom and event space by end of booking. Art gallery permanent walls should not be touched for any reason. Temporary/mobile art gallery walls shall be free of all décor, signage, balloons etc. by end of booking – no holes of any kind to be made in the art gallery walls. Evening events with more than 50 people will require hired security. Any event of 100+ people must have security, no matter the time of day. Although we allow alcohol to be responsibly served but not sold. We do not have a liquor license. It is your responsibility to obtain what you need to make your event in compliance. However, to have alcohol on premise you must pay a $125 corkage fee. We are a commercially zoned property (former mechanic shop) situated in a predominantly residential neighborhood; therefore, we abide by the City of Atlanta noise ordinances – no loud music after 10 pm (it must be at a reasonable level out of respect for the community we live in & serve with our non-profit 501C3 and City of Atlanta guidelines). RATE SCHEDULE: Week Day Rate: $100 an hour (Monday - Friday) 6 am- 4 pm Week Night Rate: $125 an hour (Monday – Thursday) 4 pm- 11 pm Weekday Late Night Rate: $175 an hour (Monday – Thursday) 11pm – 2 am Weekend & Holiday Day Rate: $125 an hour (Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) 10 am – 4 pm Weekend & Holiday Early Morning Rate: $150 an hour (Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) 6 am – 10 am Weekend & Holiday Night Rate: $200 an hour (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) 4pm - 11:00pm Weekend Late Night Rate: $250 an hour (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) 11 pm – 2 am 10% discount is offered for booking of 8 hours or more. GALLERY RATES ONLY FOR ART SHOWS – 860 sq.ft. with 74 linear feet of gallery wall (18, 12, 24, and then a mobile double-sided 10 ft mobile wall) … all display walls being 8 ft tall – “weekly” (set up begins Wednesday after 10 am – gallery shows Friday & Saturday evening with shows ending by midnight & all visual art being removed by 4 pm Sunday and property broom swept clean) - $2,000 …. Monthly rentals discussed on a case-by-case basis. Outdoor instructional classes & daytime events will be allowed to continue during “art show weeks” (they will access the backyard via a separate outdoor entrance) and you will have exclusive use of the art gallery space. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI. NO HOOKAHS ON PREMISES. NO SMOKING INDOORS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
