Versatile 1,000 sq ft space with a stylish rustic modern vibe, this prime, whole house location has a special ambiance showcasing exposed brick walls, large glass interior doors and windows, original wood beams line the cathedral ceilings, brand new modern full bathroom amenities.  This property is rented as a whole and can be dual utilized for an event and nightly stay overs. This private home is ideal for hosting gatherings with friends & family with the ability to stay the night.  Please inquire about pricing for combination event and stay over based on availability. Also please do not hesitate to message me regarding minimum hours and guest count questions! Typically there is a 5hr minimum due to set and clean up for events. Perfect for a variety of activities, the space can seamlessly transition from a guesthouse to a cocktail party, a birthday party, bridal or baby shower, spa, aesthetic or corporate event, business meeting, art gallery or a tequila pop up! The flexibility of the space allows for more intimate gatherings as well, such as dinner parties or small-scale meetups, slumber parties, girls night, workshops, and much more! There are a total of 4 semi open spaces, and a central area with full restroom and minibar.  The 4 spaces can also be privatized if needed.  The renter can choose to utilize up to 2 queen bedrooms for 4 overnight guests. A few minutes walk enjoy an eclectic selection of restaurants and bars, your guests can enjoy the neighborhood’s walkability post-event. Hosting a baby shower, dinner party, or birthday party in the private space will provide a memorable experience. Space can be configured for a variety of uses.  Furniture and related items can be moved, removed, and added for a variety of events.  For example a bedroom setting can be reconfigured to add an additional lounge space.  An ample 1,000 sq ft space can accommodate up to 35 meet and greet guests. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol can be served but not sold. Work with our selected caterer or utilize your own.  Tables and linens are provided at no additional cost.
