Westwood Office w/ Private Balcony

This work space is located in the heart of Westwood Village in Los Angeles, California just a short walk to UCLA and a short drive to Beverley Hills. Important Note: If your production/session requires absolute silence we do not recommend that you book with us. We do our best to soundproof this space but it’s nearly impossible with the balcony doors. Please keep this in mind when booking with us. Additionally, our space is only accessible via one flight of stairs. There are two restrooms on-site. Note: Furniture in the hallway or bathroom CANNOT be moved. The suite door must be closed when you head out at the conclusion of your reservation (please do not lock the door). If the door is not closed and is left open, a $30 fee will be charged on the account holders card. This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Great for professionals, students, teams, entrepreneurs and more! We are located in a commercial building. Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8am -6pm for discounted pricing. Usage: The space is great for filmmakers, directors, casting directors, etc who are looking for a modern work space for their productions, casting calls, auditions, table reads and more. Neighborhood Details: The workspace is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of restaurants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28 foot balcony with a great view of the village.
