Welcome to the loft. This is an ideal location for photoshoots, film shoots, music video shoots, etc. It is an old school New York loft - with loads of charm. Original wood flooring, tin ceilings in several rooms, high ceilings, structural columns with great light at either end of the loft. There is a decorative fireplace - a swing - a built in daybed - and vintage windows as architectural details, and high end furnishings and vintage pieces. It has wide open spaces plus two true bedrooms. The loft easily adapts to your shoot. We care deeply for our space, which is also our home, and you can feel as soon as you enter the love and attention that has gone into the space.
