Event space for hosting baby showers, birthdays, weddings, etc! This is ONLY the space. There is no decor, tables, chairs or linens. We do provide on sight trash cans but do NOT provide trash bags. All vendors are provided by the client. Four hour minimum with set up and take down included in booking.
OUTSIDE SPACE
As pictured we have outdoor space for rent at an additional hourly charge of $100. The carport if not used for parking is considered an additional outside area. Set up of additional tables and chairs are not permitted without the additional charge
KITCHEN
There are two residential kitchen / prep for rent at an additional hourly charge of $100.
OVERNIGT STAYS
There are TWO airbnbs below and above the event space with private access.
Above is a 4bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment at nightly cost of $275
Below is 1bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment at a nightly cost of $175
