Surrounded by breathtaking 360 degree mountain views on 3.27 acres resting on a mountain ridge. A rustic yet elegant desert oasis in the heart of the San Tan Mountains. A 1,400 SF wrap around deck with 3 beautiful archways capturing picturesque views. There is a 1,000 SF studio that can be transformed for multiple uses. Full access available to the outdoor space and studio to use creatively. There is a 30 ft X 10 ft arbor of lights for exclusive private dinners. Tables and chairs along with other furniture, props and decor available for rent. Event design, coordinating, decorating and florals also available. Parking available onsite for a maximum of 5 vehicles. Uber is available for transportation.
