We have 2 rooms available for rent. Each room features its own dedicated entrance. There is a shared hallway and storage room in between the two rooms. Guests will have access to the shared hallway where the restrooms and water dispensing station is located. Room Options: We have 2 rooms for rent. Our east facing room has direct access to the parking garage and has its own dedicated entrance that is not shared with anyone else in the space during your rental. Our west facing room has direct access to 3rd avenue and street parking. This room does have its own dedicated entrance and is shared with our in-house Esthetician (her room is located next to the room entrance). If your event will require you have sole access to the entrance, please indicate in your request so we can ensure she has no clients scheduled during your event. Rental Rates: Rate is all inclusive of use of the space, shared hallway, bathrooms and FloWater filling station. 10% discount is offered for recurring rentals, rentals that are 8+ hours, and rentals including both rooms.
