About the Space: This newly remodeled, boho chic modern home is a gorgeous light filled video and photo production space. Multiple backdrops throughout. It is a great place to shoot a video, host an interview, or have an amazing photo shoot. You will have use of the upstairs open entertaining space, over 1500 sq feet of indoor entertaining space. The home has an open floor plan (living room, dining room, and kitchen) that can host up to a 15-person production crew. Comes complete with full modern kitchen and large island. The kitchen flows to the backyard paradise we call "The Courtyard" which offers an additional 500sqft of outdoor space in privacy. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that can be included as well. The property sits in the center of massive oak trees giving the home a "tree house" feel. The standard rental period is 3 hours or more anytime between 8AM and 6PM.
