If you are looking for a Sunday late afternoon/evening, message me and I will let you know if it's available. Be sure to put in the quantity of attendees for an accurate quote. This should include all people that will be on property including children, caterers, and other hired help. I have a four hour minumim, which needs to include setup and cleanup time. ABOUT THE PROPERTY Entertainer's dream on one acre in peaceful Eucalyptus Hills has a modern and airy open floor plan that flows seamlessly into the large tropical backyard with bbq island, pool, jacuzzi, waterslide, and games. There is a convenient poolside bathroom. A large fire pit with Adirondack seating is in a secluded corner surrounded by tiki torches. The extra large modern kitchen has lots of counter space for food prep and serving. The bar area has two flip up pass through windows and a trough sink for serving food and drinks to guests on the patio. Sonos music system and speakers throughout backyard. Sony frame tv can display art of choice or custom pictures to go with your theme. Another large flip down tv is on the patio, perfect for watching movies while soaking in the jacuuzi. Inside, there is a large game room/arcade, as well as a pool table. CLEANING DEPOSIT I collect a refundable cleaning deposit of $200. It will be returned provided all food, trash, spills and decorations are cleaned up, as well as any furniture that was moved is put back. You must take any trash that does not fit (with the lids completely closed) in the provided gray trash bins with you. RULES No street parking. No live bands (violinists, acoustical guitarists, and such are allowed) No DJs or Amps No cigarettes on or near the property. No glitter, confetti, or other similar sized decorations allowed on the property. This includes inside of balloons. No gender reveal powder No water balloons. No Pets - unless by special arrangement.
