Comfortable and intimate event studio for rent

Comfortable 800 sq foot studio available for small groups, meetings, trainings, scrapbooking parties, book clubs, photo shoots, baby showers, etc. (Before me, it was used as a photo studio.) I own a wellness business and I use the space for meeting with clients, teaching nutrition classes and hosting tasting parties. I do not use the space every day, and rent it out on an hourly / half day / full day basis. First come first serve. It’s one large room, and includes a small sitting area. I have 5 folding tables and 24 folding chairs you can use. You can arrange them however you would like. No problem to serve your own food and drinks (responsible use of alcohol is ok.) It's a cozy, happy, positive environment, great for creativity. I have an easel whiteboard, markers, and large screen TV you can use for presentations. I don't have WIFI at this time. Easy parking. Awesome little space !!!!
