Also features a professional, commercial chef's kitchen, perfect for your caterer to serve your menu, OR for hosting chef's table dinners, cooking classes, and photo/video shoots. **** Rentals INCLUDE: - Full use of space, including front reception area, dining area with kitchen, main event space, and outdoor riverfront patio. - 6ft Conference tables (3) + extra folding tables (4) - Upholstered chairs (9) + black folding chairs (20) + 4ft benches (3) ACCOMODATES: - up to 20 people, seated together at conference tables placed side-by-side - up to 40 people, seated separately - up to 75 people, standing/cocktail SPACE ACCESS: When booking hours, please factor in set-up and clean-up time. No access to space prior to booking start time. Space must be cleaned and emptied by booking end time. Overage charges apply. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities, using commercial sanitizers and soaps. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
