Renovated Classic Cape with Jenni Kayne vibes

The newly renovated beach house has an open floor plan with a well manicured front lawn and back yard. The house has a Nantucket vibe on the outside, and Jenni Kayne vibes on the inside. You can see the full kitchen from the Tv room, which works well for anyone shooting in a kitchen and needs a wide lens view of the space. We currently do not have an island, but with a cool rustic island facing outwards, filming would be beautiful with the kitchen featured behind. The house is spotless, with new floors, floating shelves in kitchen, lots of light, and a large finished basement. In addition to the TV room, sitting room, kitchen, and full bathroom on the first floor, the upstairs offers three big bedrooms and two full bathrooms. My favorite part of the house…the kids room has two sets of custom built in bunk beds, beautifully designed with seersucker curtains and wainscoting on the walls against the bunks.
