Built in 1890, our building has a very colorful history, including past lives as a saloon, diner, boarding house, pharmacy, jewelry store, shoe shop, art gallery, and more. Our building offers two very spacious studio apartments, uniquely decorated with luxurious high-end finishes. The downstairs unit has a NOLA-inspired vibe, and features exposed brick walls, 14 foot ceilings, leather furnishings, and gorgeous oversized clawfoot copper tub. The upstairs unit features exposed brick walls, stunning windows, original hardwood floors, and rich black velvet and leather furnishings. Both spaces offer a high-end lux experience, and would make the perfect backdrop for a photoshoot. Upon booking, you would have full access to both studio apartments.
