This 1800sf high-bay space is location in a new construction flex building campus in Wake Forest with 1500 sf of clear floor area and soaring 18' ceilings. Aluminum & glass storefront entry with 3' door, and aluminum and glass 10' wide by 12' tall roll-up door with direct roll-in access into the studio. This large volume of space allows for various sets or vignettes to be set up and shot simultaneously, if needed, without interfering with each other. Plenty of room to photograph clients or products in one area while entertaining clients and/or staff in another area. An amenities room in the back of the studio has a refrigerator stocked with basic drinks and refreshments. A Nespresso machine with a variety of pods is available, as well. There is a single ADA-accessible bathroom in the studio. There is a curated seating area at the entrance into the space that utilized the gorgeous natural light coming in the entry glass. This area is perfect for natural light photography, branding and seated shots. Further into the space, away from the direct natural light is the photograph studio area. This large area is suitable for large rolls of seamless backdrops, and all manner of lighting equipment. The width, depth, and height of the space is more than adequate to meet the demands of your project. On the other side of the studio there is a large open area at the large roll-up door that is a blank canvas for whatever you need it for. Beyond that towards the back of the studio, there is a long vanity area for hair and make-up. There is power receptacles all around the studio, as well as wifi.
