The space features 3 seperate levels. The main level has 4 offices, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a stand up shower. The upstairs is a large wide open space perfect for setting up photography/videography equipment with high ceiling's and lots of natural light. The basement of the building features a open floorplan concept with extra space for your creativity juices to flow. One of the office space on the main level comes furnishes with a desk, bookshelves, furniture and a built in decorative fireplace. Bring your own equipment, lighting and get creative the possibilities for creation are endless. We offer hourly, half day, full day and multi day consecutive rentals for longer productions.

Basic cleaning is included after each booking. For multi day productions and high traffic events guests are asked to hire a 3rd party for cleaning needs.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva. Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 7 días y 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
