The converted factory building lies within a historic industrial area, keeping many of the original features of the building, such as the exposed brick wall, beams, and external red pipes. The space is bursting of natural light from both east and west, making it an ideal space for any lens. The space stretches along ~20m in length, giving it a unique shape and versatility of units. It includes a small kitchen unit, a bathroom with natural light, black-out blinds along the south-western facing windows, gallery light rails running along lengthwise, and various furniture, such as a couch, desks, chairs, and plants. * Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), the unique and versatile space may serve as a blank canvas for commercial and lifestyle filming and photography, castings and music videos.
