The mezzanine area is perfect for either shooting on or giving a unique elevated shooting angle of the entire living space. A bright and clean kitchen can also be used for shooting, along with a large spare bedroom for use as a green room. The property has one bathroom. With no flats above or below, the space is quiet and can be completely blacked out if required. The property also has a small outside patio with a fire pit, that gives a Summery Mediterranean feel & a sun terrace with a more contemporary outdoor living style to shoot against. A 5-minute walk to the beach, 35 walk to the station and unloading is available directly outside the front door. Shoot hire will include 1 free all-day parking permit for a vehicle up to a Luton size. Paid parking is possible directly outside the property and on adjacent roads for up to 4 hours, for any longer, there is all-day parking 5 min walk away. Neon Jungle is a fun and quirky location, perfect for shooting modelling portfolios, influencers, content creators and music videos. Special note - Neon Jungle will have its Christmas decorations up for Christmas shoots from 10th November (see photos) If you’d like to bring your own decorations to make it more on brand, we can take any of our bits down and put yours up too. For shoots longer than 1 day, we can take the decorations down if required.
