Residential Private Bocce Ball Court

Our residential home is located in the North Shore Triangle neighborhood in South Bend, Indiana. The property has been recently remodeled and includes a private, fenced-in backyard that includes fire-pit, bar height table, chair swings, and bocce ball court. The bocce ball court is turf and measures approximately 48 feet long and 8 feet wide. A wooden boarder surrounds the playing surface to keep all bocce balls in the playing area. The new Coal Line Trail is just behind the property. Walk 1 mile on the trail to the University of Notre Dame or travel west on the trail to a local coffee shop.
