This mid century modern home built in 1964 is ideal for video and photo shoots or a daytime event venue. The main part of the home features black slate flooring with glass walls and original mahogany wood paneling. The home is furnished in a mix of vintage and modern pieces. The large open floor to ceiling windows provide a variety of ample lighting during all hours of the day. The entrance of the home opens to an atrium with a seating area and hammock. The outdoor space features a lap pool, firepit, dining area, sitting area and bar with grill. There is a large, smooth stucco wall great for portraits. A wide variety of succulents and cacti are found both indoors and out. Indoor areas available include: kitchen, dining area, living room, office, bathroom and primary bedroom & bathroom. All fequently touched surfaces and items will be cleaned before each booking. General vacuuming, dusting, mopping and bathroom cleaning will also be performed. Windows will be professonally washed bi-monthly.
