This large upscale North Scottsdale space is abundant with natural light and is perfect for natural light photography, video production, and content creation. With the natural lighting and tall ceilings, this space was created for the perfect upscale e-commerce shoots. You will have access to a chic private lobby adorned by a modern black railing staircase leading up to the large open, light, and bright studio space. The studio features 2 dressing rooms crafted with beautiful arches for additional photo opportunities. There is a single private restroom in the space. A newly installed reversible wall features a warm lime wash finish on one side and pure white on the other along with a dreamy curved ivory boucle couch. The kitchen area is a stunning backdrop and comes with an ice maker, coffee maker, filtered water, microwave, and beverage drawers. Help yourself with snacks, coffee, and something cold to drink while you create, connect to the wifi, and utilize our Bluetooth sound system to set the mood with your favorite playlist. The back wall windows are diffused by dreamy white sheer curtains while the front walls allow in an abundance of natural light through large-scale windows. We can not accommodate tours, but please check out our Instagram for videos of the space @480naturallightstudio Current Paper Backdrop Colors: Black, White, Pink (reach out if you need a specific color). A clothing rack, steamer, ring light, power strips, various stools and chairs are onsite for your use. We are located in a professional setting and look forward to working with fellow professionals who will be considerate of the noise level for our neighboring businesses and the integrity of our finishes. To book the studio for the entire day please select 8 hours (a 20% discount will apply). We love to help you impress your clients with a coffee bar, healthy snacks and Chroma all natural energy drinks. *Please note our space is upstairs and does not have an elevator. We require a 2 hour booking time minimum as listed, please make sure to include time for set up and time after for any tear down or clean up within the hours you book. Any additional time in the space will be charges in 30 minute increments at 1.5 x the hourly rate unless otherwise communicated with the host. Our cleaning fee covers a basic cleaning and sanitization between guests, an additional $100 cleaning fee may be charged if the space is not left in its original condition and checkout instructions are not followed or a deep clean is needed after your use. *No pets allowed per our lease.
