You're booking a beautiful two-story classic Hollywood home that has been upgraded over the last two years with modern amenities such as an in-ground swimming pool, 2-hole putting green, sauna, full gym with cardio equipment and smart home products in every room, without compromising the very rare, classic Hollywood look of the estate. The space is ideal for shooting content, production, hosting poolside events, dinner parties in the classic yet modernized dining room, as well as several other ways the property can be used for tons of different event types complete with views of the iconic Hollywood sign.
