Located on the 3rd floor of the Paradigm Arts Building is a 1200 sq. ft. event space with large windows facing east and west, allowing natural light throughout the space. The main room has whitewashed natural wood floors with an exposed brick wall stretching throughout. There is a single-occupancy bathroom for you and your guests within the event space. Please note: The space is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. Guests use the stairs to access the 3rd floor. There is not a passenger elevator in the building. Make sure to view our Add-Ons section: We offer three rustic, wooden tables perfect for workshops and conferences, or can be made into one long table for dinner seating. We also have additional plastic folding tables and AV options in the Add-Ons section.

Space is cleaned between each booking . Restrooms are equipped with cleaning materials and paper towels.
