This detached garage space in central Los Angeles has been converted into an eclectic modern guesthouse. The space was recently featured in Domino Magazine.
Enter down the driveway through a pergola-covered patio with a large working disco ball. Inside you'll find a large open living space with a kitchen along one wall, a large built-in window seat with a bifold window opening the wall out to the yard. There is also a treehouse-like loft space accessible by a ladder and a tonal pink-on-pink bathroom. You'll also have access to the well-landscaped yard, which has a built in fireplace. The space is currently set up as a living room with couch and side chairs. However, because of the sofabed, you could also set it up as a guestroom.
The space is great for film, TV and photoshoots.
