Comes with bluetooth speaker for all your music needs. Wanna have a private karaoke event, we have got you covered. Whatever you need The Upper Room has it. Comes complete with stage, changeable lighting so that you can set the mood for any event, simply say "hey Google" and name your color. Perfect place for private events such as Bachelor/bachelorette events, birthdays, baby showers, concerts, poetry slams, game nights, graduations, practically any and all events. Seats about 40, and holds about 100 standing. -Did I mention private parking lot?!?! -Ask me about $500 Fridays, $600 Saturdays, and $400 Sundays. The space is split into two areas, downstairs is an open area along with the restroom and main area is upstairs. -40 chairs -6 square cards tables (black linen included) -3 6 ft. tables (black linen included) -Bluetooth speaker and subwoofer -laptop for music -Google Home (for adjustable light color) -NO CONFETTI or GLITTER (Additional cleaning charges will be added to the event total...$300) -60 gallon trash cans (One upstairs & one downstairs) -NO FOOD is to be left out -All trash must be in the trash cans -Additional trash bags are provided -Trash can be disposed into the dumpster in the parking lot. Additional follow up cleaning is done between bookings. Cleaning is a mandatory requirement by the renting party.
