Conveniently located in Silver Lake, the space occupies the lower part of a two-story duplex with a variety of backdrops, making it easy to capture different scenes at one location. There is a garage available to store gear. The indoors has a large living room, galley kitchen and dining area with amazing natural light and large windows throughout the entire house. The bedrooms open up to the outdoors with garden backdrop possibilities. An 80 year old avocado hangs over a cedar deck which can easily be transformed into an event space or stage for entertaining.
