The other is a smaller guest room with a full bed. The fully functional kitchen includes a sink and a range, has wall-mounted shelves, and custom cabinets. The pantry houses the refrigerator and microwave. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is original wood flooring, tin-pressed ceilings, and mouldings. The building is 140 years old, with plenty of character(imperfections). Ask about the additional production space in the basement studio.
