Clinic with Private Sauna, Treatment rooms, Pilates and gym equipment

We have a beautiful loft space available for rent with three separate rooms, one big living room, bathroom, and lobby + staircase (no balcony) in downtown Toronto (on a quiet street close to Bathurst and Queen Street West intersection). You can either rent the whole space (whole floor) or rent each room separately. We also have a fitness studio/ gym in the space below that's available for rent as well (see our other listing). The entrance is directly from the street into the lobby area and then about 15 stairs to come up to the main space area. The space can be used for various purposes: pilates, yoga studio, event, photo studio, meetings, conferences, seminars, presentations, photography, video shooting, treatment room, clinic space, fitness studio, rehabilitation room, rehab, physio, chiro, massage space, etc. We also have a sauna on site that can be used with our prior approval. We are looking for renters who will be respectful of the space and not cause any damage or disturbances to the space. We take great care of the space and we expect the same from you.
