The kitchen is newly renovated, and we've taken down pieces of several walls on the 1st floor to open the space. We are blocks away from the amenities of Flatbush Junction (Target, Home Goods, Aldi) in one direction, and the lovely restaurants and shops of Cortelyou Road. We’re a 7-minute walk from the B/Q trains at Newkirk Plaza, a 10-minute drive from Prospect Park, a 20-minute drive from Coney Island, & 30+ from Manhattan via car or subway. Off the dining room, we have a small bar. On the second floor, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and connects to our home study which features our home library. The combined rooms feature 7 windows! In addition, there are two kids' rooms, one with a twin bunk bed and another with a top bunk full bed. A huge bathroom with a claw-foot tub round out the floor. The third floor features a guest bedroom with a full-size bed. There’s also a small home gym room (outfitted with a new treadmill, rower, benches, free weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls) which doubles as another guest bedroom. Lastly, another lovely bathroom with marble walls and a restored claw foot tub. The finished basement features a full laundry room. The space Our family lives in this house most of the year so we’ve designed the space we’ve always dreamed of raising our kids in. We’ve only recently posted our house because we only rent it out when we travel, but we are Superhosts with over 10 years of experience renting our other property on Airbnb and have hundreds of reviews. Our house is ideal for large families with children visiting to explore Brooklyn and NYC at large. It’s also a great space for families coming to town to attend weddings and other family gatherings.
