Areas and Usage: Living Area: This space, being part of a fully furnished condo, would be ideal as a staging area for filming. There are comfortable seating, such as sofas and chairs, making it suitable for discussions or a relaxed atmosphere. KitchenArea: As a "fully-furnished condo with all the essentials," you'll undoubtedly have a kitchen equipped for cooking, making it suitable for food-related events or as a catering staging area. Expect standard appliances like a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. Backyard Oasis: A significant highlight is the backyard oasis. This outdoor space offers exciting possibilities for outdoor dining, small gatherings, or even as a backdrop for photo or video shoots.

We enlist the services of licensed professional cleaners between bookings, guaranteeing a thorough sanitization process. Additionally, we space out bookings to allow ample time for enhanced cleaning, ensuring that our space is always fresh and hygienic for our guests' enjoyment.
