Completed in February 2025, this stylish second-floor unit offers the perfect city escape for groups and families looking for comfort and convenience. There are four bedrooms (3 queen beds and a sofa) and a newly renovated bathroom. Areas and Usage: Living Area: This space, being part of a fully furnished condo, would be ideal as a staging area for filming. There are comfortable seating, such as sofas and chairs, making it suitable for discussions or a relaxed atmosphere. KitchenArea: As a "fully-furnished condo with all the essentials," you'll undoubtedly have a kitchen equipped for cooking, making it suitable for food-related events or as a catering staging area. Expect standard appliances like a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. Backyard Oasis: A significant highlight is the backyard oasis. This outdoor space offers exciting possibilities for outdoor dining, small gatherings, or even as a backdrop for photo or video shoots.

To ensure a clean and safe environment, our space undergoes rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities are meticulously disinfected to minimize the risk of germ transmission. Soft, porous materials are either thoroughly cleaned or removed to prevent the accumulation of dirt and microbes. We enlist the services of licensed professional cleaners between bookings, guaranteeing a thorough sanitization process. Additionally, we space out bookings to allow ample time for enhanced cleaning, ensuring that our space is always fresh and hygienic for our guests' enjoyment.
