History of the space This space was previously a local painter's showroom. Before that it was a pilates studio and a health foods store. It has been fully renovated and freshly painted with white walls. A white backdrop and a green screen has been installed for photographs and videos. Neighborhood details This space is on a quiet local business street. The street also offers stunning views of majestic Madera Canyon. Logistics Evening and weekend bookings are available. The walls are white and the windows coverings are natural linen. The room is 20-foot X 14-foot. (280 sq. ft.) The space is a 20 minute drive South of Tucson with easy access to and from the I-19. There is free on-site parking for up to 3 cars and unlimited street parking. This space can be set up with or without furniture. All of the furniture is lightweight and movable and removable. The furniture available on-site includes: a 3-foot X 2-foot standing table with height adjustment up to 50+ inches to keep all your cameras at eye-level, a large white board and easel, an open storage shelving unit, and a black mini fridge for cold drinks. High Speed Internet You also have access to unlimited high speed satellite internet service. The Wi-Fi speeds are over 200Mbps using a phone or laptop for downloads and very low latency less than 35ms. The Wi-Fi speeds will provide secure, state-of-the-art performance for uploads and live streaming for up to 25 devices. Lighting and Bathroom For evening bookings you can control one (1) softbox studio light and two (2) track lights and four (4) overhead LED panels. For daytime bookings there is also natural light that is ambient, indirect, and controlled. There are two glass windows and a glass door, floor to ceiling. These are north-facing so there is no direct light. Natural light is controlled and filtered with natural linen window coverings. There is a clean, spacious, private ADA bathroom that has been recently renovated with modern fixtures and bright lighting. The bathroom has a lock on the door and can be used as a dressing room.
