Welcome to Wander West Showroom. This space is a showroom inspired creative space in Costa Mesa, California. Warehouse space is an 900 square feet space great for photo shoots with its high ceilings and garage rollup for natural lighting. The natural lighting is perfect for photo shoots. You can use the filtered ight for the windows or roll up the doors for more. It also has its own private bathroom located in the warehouse. . It has its own entrance into the warehouse space from the parking lot. All the furniture, shelves, and pony walls you see in the photos are modular can be moved around and used as needed. Or removed from space completely. The loft space above is off limits to guests. There is no heat or AC in the warehouse. We do have a front space that you can rent in addition. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
