The Luxe Space boasts 4 beautiful rooms within an apartment space located in the vibrant area of Hudson Heights ( living, bedroom & kitchen/island dinning & marble walled bathroom - All available for shooting). Our production space is ideal for Photoshoots & Video Production: podcasts, portraits/ social media shots, cooking shows ( modern kitchen), video ads, headshots etc A balcony overseeing Manhattan skyline & the GWB. The space is very bright, open, spacious and warm. It has a lot of natural light. The high ceilings and wooden floors create a picturesque and a modern feel. The space comes with 5 different sections to shoot in: living, kitchen/island dining area, bedroom, balcony, & marble clad bathroom. - All available for shooting Kitchen area boasts modern white finished cabinets, wrought iron gas stove & stainless steel Refrigerator. Bedroom: Rio woven white headboards & wall to ceiling windows. Location is conveniently located 2 minutes from the train. PLEASE NOTE that if you are looking to drive and park here, it is best to arrive 15-20 minutes prior as there is free street parking on the block. There is also a parking lot at 200 Cabrini Blvd. All furniture is included and there is also DSLR camera w/Tripod + Mic, & large ring light available for an additional fee. - Request for add on prices.
