The Chesley Garden located in the historic View Park neighborhood is situated on a large 7000 SF lot of a Spanish style home built in the 1920s. The private back garden was recently reimagined by a professional designer and is a tranquil and lovely retreat with a number of lush and evergreen plantings that serve as an abundant backdrop to your next project. The garden boasts a layered, yet monochromatic planting plan with 7’ walls that enclose the space and offer privacy and a sense of retreat. The space is grounded with a large oval of evergreen turf and bordered by natural limestone. There is a charming seating area tucked behind a wrought iron arbor of fragrant jasmine grounded with natural flagstone flooring. The positioning of the garden offers tons of natural light throughout the day. The landscape is highlighted in the evenings with the addition of low voltage accent lighting and cafe bistro lighting strung above. There Is a wood burning fire pit at the center of the seating area that transitions to an Italian marble top as a coffee table when not in use. Tucked beside the seating area is a gravel lined staging area with olive trees and a marble pedestal table. The garden offers several different types of lovely vignettes to serve as the perfect backdrop for your next photoshoot or video production.
