This minimal space has got vibes for days with 2 main areas available for rent: the Studio and the Gallery. ***IMPORTANT*** This listing is for the 15' x 34' Gallery only and does NOT include the Studio. If you're interested in booking the studio, please look at another listing: "Production". The Gallery features informal seating for about twelve (additional seating can be arranged upon request), cafe tables, and lounge chairs perfect for informal meetings and intimate gatherings. Massive windows bring in all that natural light, and the concrete floors keep it real. The uncluttered space, white walls, and 14' ceilings are perfect for art exhibitions, fashion displays, wine tastings, and recitals. The Gallery space includes a private, accessible restroom, wifi, and Bluetooth sound system. Gallery 121 is nestled in a quiet corner of the plaza right next to green space giving you and your guests lots of privacy. This is not a shared space and you will have the entire unit all to yourself during your event/meeting. Fantastic Location! Located in Carrollton, right off the Sam Rayburn Tollway (Highway 121). 12 minutes from the airport. Plenty of parking on site. Starbucks, Japanese, Indian, and Korean food across the street. Minutes from Plano, Frisco, Lewisville, Grapevine, Irving, Addison, Flowermound and Coppell

Space is sanitized between bookings. Our housekeeping staff meticulously checks and cleans all surfaces to ensure the space maintains its the highest levels of cleanliness. Bathroom is sanitized thoroughly. High touch surfaces, door knobs, seating and furniture are kept clean to ensure your comfort in mind.
