Neighborhood Details The house is situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood Logistics We have a large living room with 20-foot high ceilings and Large floor-to-ceiling windows that give lots of natural light. It features easily movable furniture on wheels and boasts a projector and mood lighting. The large kitchen can be used for shoots and is fully equipped for cooking or baking. There is also a Dancing pole and aerial silks that can be utilized. There is a full photo studio backdrop set up with a white, green, and black color backdrop. Included are 3 studio soft box lights, 5 Light umbrellas, reflectors, and tripods. The kitchen Lani and Living room are open for booking. All the furnishers in the pictures can be used. There is plenty of street parking close to the house. Please be quiet and respectful walking to our house. We offer a photographer and charcuterie snack board in-house. The rate is $ 50 per hour (minimum 2 hours) for up to 4 people at once in the space. $200 per hour for 4-8 people $300 per hour 8-10 people This includes full access to the usable space and photo lighting equipment from 11 am-5 pm Golden hour rates from 6-8 pm Price is for 2hr total* $400 up to 4ppl $600 4-8ppl $800 8-10ppl
