The main area is a 630 sq ft rectangle with an additional 110 sq ft waiting room area. The building is secure, several bathrooms on premises, and load-in is extremely easy - no stairs! Space includes a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, make-up area, and plenty of space to be creative! Studio is wheelchair accessible, but bathrooms are not.
