The space Enjoy unobstructed ocean views and gorgeous sunsets from nearly every room of the house! The single-story main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. A guest apartment with an efficiency kitchen is attached to the main house and graces the free-form pool and spa. An extensive patio with built-in heaters wraps around the back of the home creating optimal outdoor living at its finest! AC is available in the primary bedroom and the attached 2nd unit. There are roses, raised planting beds, and many producing fruit trees (avocados, citrus, etc.) in the garden and fully fenced yard. This house does not have live TV service. All smart TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. Unit has fast wifi. There is private parking for 3 cars. NO PARTIES: This house is located in a quiet community and the concerns of our neighbors is our top priority. We have a strict 'No Party' policy - parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am. Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, outdoor space and hot tub after every guest. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community. Guest interaction We are an off-site host, we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. The neighborhood The most amazing part of this property is its location…less than a mile to Mesa Lane Beach and just a few minutes from famous State St. and Stearns Wharf!
