Welcome to our historic downtown loft, originally built in 1900 as a bustling department store and now transformed into a charming living space. This spacious loft offers a versatile layout perfect for various activities. As you step inside, you'll immediately be greeted by exposed brick walls and original oak floors. The open-concept design seamlessly blends living, dining, and entertaining areas, creating an inviting atmosphere for meetings, gatherings with friends, a nice meal, or even a special date night. In the daytime, the space is bathed in natural light pouring in through 10 oversized windows. The extra large bookshelf in the living room creates a unique space for filming or photo shoots. There is a bathroom available for use while on site.
