This room can be used to accommodate guests or can be used for a private/work meeting for up to 10 people. The space features a full kitchen, with top of the line appliances -Aga induction stove and oven, Mielle coffee maker, ice machine, 2 Subzero refrigerators with lower freezer, Subzero microwave and speed oven, Cove dishwasher and an industrial sink . In addition, the showroom features OASIS smart homes audio and visual systems including built in speakers, a 75" plasma TV and a very unique 75 " flat screen TV that drops down from the ceiling, and control panel lighting. The smart system can be used to play Spotify, Pandora and the TV have channels like Roku and Netflix included as well. DOCA European custom made kitchen and cabinetry with natural stone tops are built throughout the space. An impressive wall to wall white calacatta stone powder room with beautiful cabinetry and automatic heated toilet. In addition, there are two beautifully done restrooms located right outside the conference room.
