Housed in a Sunkist packing warehouse from 1917 in the heart of the “Citrus Capital of the World,” the expansive lofted space doubles as an industrial warehouse with incredible natural daylight, gritty textures and an array of mid-century modern furniture. With a campus encompassing 3.2 acres, multiple buildings comprise a total footprint of 80,000+ sqft. A backdrop of palm trees, lemon trees and exotic succulents makes the warehouse is the perfect location to host photo/ video shoots and events. Already a familiar background in many photo shoots and music videos, our location offers indoor studio space and massive grounds for the ideal photography and film location. within a one-hour drive of Los Angeles, Malibu and Santa Barbara.
