a 3700 sq. ft space, is the best place to shoot content for fashion brands, product shoots, boudoir, engagements, wedding shots, content creators. It is available for rent as a photo studio, classes such as yoga, private events, theatrical performances. The space has an upscale and cozy semi-industrial vibe that works for any production. We are located in the Art District of Philadelphia on Hamilton street right above Love City Brewery. For production days, there are many restaurants in the area that deliver or within walking distance for pick up. The space has 5 large windows, with plenty of natural light in daytime. If you are a natural light photographer (does not use flash or strobes), the best time of day to shoot is between 10am -3pm.
