The Charming 800square-foot creative space embraces all of the diversity and nuances of Down Town Los Angeles. Built in 1915 and a long-standing staple and home to many Angeleno Creatives. Special features of this space include the original Dark Wood paneling, crown molding, and 5 large windows facing east. Bright morning light and great ambient light throughout the day give this space very cheerful energy. The space is great for Standard Photography, Boudoir Photography (real bed and headboard provided upon request) meetings (2 tables and 6 chairs can be provided), rehearsals, film, meditation, and pod casting. If being rented for filming or photography c-stands and apple boxes, and extension cords will be provided. Midweek rates slightly lower than weekend rates. Multiple restrooms located on floor and key provided, 2 ac units in space (no central ac).
