I’m happy to hop on the phone if you’d like to discuss your booking! _________________________________ Before I list down what’s included in your booking, please know that I have put a lot of work into this lovely space, which is also my home. Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… This is a combo of our 2 LOFTS IN THE SAME BUILDING just one floor apart. Great for a lot of different looks in one day or for a separate set and greenroom/holding area. The lofts is located in a 1920 building in Historic downtown LA. _______________________ THE PENTHOUSE LOFT The space is 50ft x 40ft and there's 1800 SQ ft available for production. The ceiling is 17ft high (it's very high!!!) It has brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light and grey polished concrete flooring. Once closed, the thick blue velvet curtains block most of the day light. It's furnished and all the furniture, artwork and plants you see in the photos are available, movable (with care ;) and usable for your set. Just place everything back where it was at the end of your booking. We have a dolly you can borrow to load your equipment and the studio comes with 3 continuous daylight balanced lights: one Godox SL200Wii, one Aputure 120d and one Godox SL60. They all have a softbox and are on C-stand. The studio area - 12 ft wide seamless backdrop in white, black or chromakey green. (additional $3 a foot for the part that will get stepped on) - photo/video lighting: an Apurture 120d, a Godox SL200wii and a SL60w with soft boxes and on c-stands. - Vanity Mirror with a stool for Hair/Make-Up Artists. - Bluetooth sound system - High Speed Internet - additional backdrop stands upon request - clothing rack and hangers - 3 apple box - sand bags - extension cords and outlets The KITCHEN / DINNING area - fully equipped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee marker. Perfect for your lunch break or as a set for a food show! - 3 beautiful wooden tables 3x4ft each - 1 Extra folding table upon request (3x6ft) - 10 black wooden chairs (more upon request) - kitchen island - 4 bar stools The LOUNGE area - 3 couches - 1 coffee tables - 2 arm chairs - 2 lamps - rug - 1 bathroom/changing room The bedroom and the mezzanine are off-limits unless previously agreed upon. ___________________ THE LIBRARY LOFT It has a breathtaking open view of the city skyline and the skyscrapers. It is 50ft x 35ft and it has a 9 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light. It's furnished and decorated with furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere and can be used as props. The KITCHEN / DINNING area - fully equiped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee marker. Perfect for your lunch break or as a set for a food show! - 2 wooden tables 3x4ft each - 4 industrial metal chairs - 5 seater leather couch - kitchen island - 4 bar stools The LOUNGE area - 2 couches (red velvet and blue velvet) - 1 coffee tables - carpet The STUDIO area - The studio comes with 2 continuous daylight balanced lights (two Manlite FS-200) with softboxes and C-stands. - Mirror - Bluetooth speaker - High Speed Internet - 10ft wide backdrop stands upon request - extension cords and power strips Additional on-site equipment rental service (Cameras, sound gear, additional lights, tripod, stands, dolly, etc) Regarding sound: This is not a sound stage. The loft are on the 14th and 12th floor and aren't facing the main street so you don't get the regular traffic noise. You'll just have some police sirens and helicopters once in a while but that's pretty standard for DTLA. There are two elevators to get up to the lofts on the 12th and 14th floor and a freight elevator. Elevators dimensions W76xL57xH91 inches and the door is 82x42. It's easy to roll in and load your equipment from the parking lot to the loft. Please note either a site rep will be present on location in a separate private room.
