Blossom Oasis: A Lush Backyard Retreat

CURRENTLY IN BLOOM starting in April. Beautiful backyard full of rose bushes, birds of paradise, lilies an orange tree, and palm trees. Super fragrant orange blossoms, roses and mint. Its a pleasure to be back there right now. Perfect for ethereal photoshoots, with the beautiful sunlighting until sunset. Would also be great for an interview or video project, and usually very quiet with just the sounds of birds despite our location in the city. The backyard is off of a big gallery space with a bathroom and fridge. This indoor space can be used for staging if necessary, with a big work table. Neighborhood Details: The space is located on a busy street in the Mission. Super close to 24th Street, with tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets within a few blocks walking. Also within walking distance to a neighborhood hardware store, and literally only a couple minutes' drive to Lowe's or JCX. Logistics You have access to the first-floor open space and backyard. There are a few small garden tables and 2 garden chairs. I have 5 wooden folding chairs if needed too, and 2 stools. The main space has one big work table (like 4' x 8'). The block in front of my house and across the street always has parking, a rare find in the Mission. I also have 1 guaranteed street spot where my garage door is that's free (street sweeping is 6-8 am so never a problem). Special rates The space has a tollgate and inside parking space that my car is usually parked in, but I can move it out for an *added fee* if you want to back your entire car/van with equipment in for safety (the roll gate is tall enough to fit any vehicle). Can also supply leaves/flowers for an added fee, depending on how rare they are / how much I care about them. Added notes: I haven't rented this space yet but lots of friends have used it and created beautiful photos super quickly with no added lighting needed. Everything is in beautiful bloom *right* now (May) and is usually beautiful for the whole summer into the fall (before the rainy season in the winter, which is beautiful in a gloomy way lol).
